Umbilical cord clamp

Short Description:

The umbilical cord clamp is a medical device mainly used for ligating the umbilical cord of newborns. It is made of ABS/PP and has a clamp-like structure. Its shape design conforms to the principles of ergonomics, which is convenient for medical staff to operate and can quickly and effectively clamp the umbilical cord during the umbilical cord ligation process.

From the appearance, the umbilical cord clamp has two clamp arms connected by a connecting shaft. The inner side of the clamp arm usually has an anti-slip texture, which can better clamp the umbilical cord and prevent the umbilical cord from sliding. There may be some designs at one end of the clamp arm that facilitate opening and closing operations, such as a small handle or a push-type structure.
